Week 1 Journal Amino acid supplements

Journal Week one

Ok a little background…

I’m far from wealthy, and have struggled in between benefits and working for a long time. A long term brain injury which was only diagnosed from the incident a few years ago has rendered me to flag a lot when going out of depth, or when trying to get off said system. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that the Injury is more effected from times of poverty than at any other, alternatively doing to well can lead to over compulsive spending and the need for reality checks from time to time. (That’s your reality, not mine I say!)

And so in came the well packaged Thrive box from Brighter presence. The instructions are pretty straightforward, before starting the amino supplements clean out your system with Diatomaceous Earth; This stuff essentially kills off any nasty bugs you may have in your stomach and allows for the Amino supplement to work to their full benefit. I also had a few drops of Iodine, which is virtually non-existant since the beginning of the 20th century in diets.

After a day or so of this, I started on the Aminos, the taste was not the nicest I have tried, common sense after the first pint told me less liquid drink fast is the very best option. Drink it fast and have something to smother the taste if at all possible! You do get used to the taste and actually it gets to the stage that you don’t really mind it after a few days.

I mentioned earlier of my poor position, with the brain injury and limited income i was tending to use these amino’s as almost a replacement to the awful diet which low incomes can credit you with! I have also carried a few bad habits, one of which is smoking cigarettes. I however find it very difficult to give up smoking so was EXTREMEly surprised that on waking the next day I didn’t feel the need of a cigarette. If i had tobacco, i may have smoked but that morning I didn’t. Having my amino’s I literally found that the craving sensation one gets from nicotine withdrawal subsided almost completely. I was also finding myself to be a little more active, and more clarity to my thoughts. After a week of taking the Amino’s I actually think I could give up nicotine for good! This was not an expected outcome but it certainly makes one wonder at the science that may make this the case.

It seems deficiencies in amino’s may cause the cravings, to me. One has to wonder how it may change so many people’s lives eating a healthy diet and propping it up with the amino supplements. Anyone unable to maintain a healthy diet will find that through either mental health or addiction, through difficult periods of time seeking the answers from things not useful to the human body must equate to a huge number of modern issues.

In summary Week one has introduced a whole range of possibilites with the amino’s. Could it be that all this time we have been duped into not seeing the importance of amino acid intakes. Including our so called health authorities! Could it be that by not promoting steady intake of amino’s they can continuously flag us off with pills made to make us docile, drugs and other placebo’s feeding our already bogged down bodies with irrelevant intakes.

Finally is it the case that we don’t know the importance of amino’s because the above authorities and corporations have a much more pliable and controllable general public? That wouldn’t surprise me one bit, however i have only tried this for a small period of time, I would love to see a longer term overall check at how I feel at the end of next week

I will also look this week at other aids to help with my giving up tobacco. I think the amino’s help to relax our cravings and certainly helped me feel more enthused with life than I have been! I haven’t even talked about the L-Tryptophan! I will talk more on that Amino next week

We shall find out at the end of week 2! Stay tuned!

Essential Amino’s The building blocks for health, Vitality and a new lease of life

Its not every day one gets new products to try out. When it happens, and especially when seeking to put ones life back to normal its always recommended to go for it!

It was a call from the universe I think. Locking into synchronisticvibes, a friend asked.. “Is that you at Bilderberg?” It turned out in the annals of you-tube was an old video of me watching a speaker called Darren Deogee talking about words being spells! I was captivated by the chat and remember talking afterwards. As was my way I later added him to facebook, and pretty much moved on.

I had grown tired of shouting at trillionaires, and I suspect they had more than enough pictures of me! I got to marshall David Icke and Alex Jones that day. Probably the peak period of us woke generation, I like many others realised the hypocrisy of much of the ‘Truther’ movement. Checking up facts often highlighted this point precisely.. I have always steered more toward self-sufficiency than total reliance. I know we are ruled by wealthy controlling people.. I just don’t think violence nor the polarity in everything is necessary…Anyway, I digress!

The friend mentioning me being on that video, led to a post By Darren rolling down my newsfeed the very next day, requesting help with his online business…That was the synchronicity kicking in! I threw my hat in and after a few missed occasions we finally got to chat about his ventures. Every one of which is worthy, However me being me, I like to know my product. Immerse myself, to the best of my capabilities.

Supplements are hardly my priority usually, but even I have to admit ..If there is something I need, then its to supplement my godawful diet of basic bank food tins and stress! It could be said I am an extreme case and would either feel nothing whatsoever, or something really outlandish

In so many way’s It was a group of supplement’s , that I was very much in need of. I think everybody has their own reason and each time it will be different from the next human. Essentially Amino acids make up 75 percent of the human needs it balances and makes the protein and bits the human has to take in to function. It seems a lot of us humans essentially crave our amino intake since it helps with many areas which appear to be major issues today.

For vegans, obviously their amino’s which they would gain from animal products has to be replaced, Vegans will be happy to know this is vegan friendly range of products.

However anyone whose dietary intake is lacking, or they need to intake more amino’s will benefit from this product. Not over time like many of the supplements for protein, amino’s make the protein. I am not a doctor, nor in any way am I trained. All I can give is my open and honest opinion as somebody who would through impoverished circumstances benefit from the amino supplements Brighter presence products provide.

Im going to be testing out the products now and will run a journal with regular updates. I can tell you surprising results are occurring already!
